Joel responded quickly (within 2 days) and was able to replace filter sand, the lateral assembly & center pipe which cleared my cloudy pool in 72 hrs. to crystal clear. Joel is knowledgeable, friendly and reasonable. Highly recommend Joel! Without a doubt, Southern Oasis Pools is a great value for a reasonable price.
